3. Virtual Currency ("Coins")

• Coins may be earned through activities such as the Spin Wheel, referrals, and promotions
• Coins may be used to redeem products listed on the Platform
• WorkElse reserves the right to adjust coin values, availability, and earning mechanisms
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly permitted

4. Product Redemptions

• Limit the number of redemptions per user
• Cancel orders that violate these Terms
• Modify delivery timelines based on product availability

5. Spin Wheel & Promotions

The Spin Wheel feature and other promotional activities are provided for entertainment. Results are determined by random algorithms and WorkElse makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse earning mechanics
• Attempt to manipulate the Spin Wheel or referral system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WorkElse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Termination

WorkElse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

WorkElse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
