- Employers can post jobs on Work Else by providing detailed project descriptions and requirements.
- Freelancers interested in a job will submit proposals, and employers can choose the most suitable freelancer based on their skills, experience, and proposed terms.
2. Project Milestones and Timelines:
- Upon agreement, employers and freelancers should establish clear project milestones, outlining the tasks and deadlines.
- Timelines for project completion will vary based on the complexity and scope of the job. Both parties should communicate and agree on realistic delivery dates.
3. Communication and Updates:
- Regular communication between employers and freelancers is essential for successful project delivery.
- Employers and freelancers are encouraged to provide updates on the project’s progress, address any concerns promptly, and collaborate to meet expectations.
4. Payment and Escrow:
- Work Else uses a secure escrow system to hold funds for a project until both parties are satisfied with the deliverables.
- Employers will fund the escrow account before the project begins, ensuring freelancers that payment is secured upon successful completion.
5. Dispute Resolution:

8. Delivery Timeline:
- The delivery timeline for each project is determined by mutual agreement between employers and freelancers during the negotiation and proposal stage.
- Employers can specify their desired timeframe, and freelancers should provide realistic estimates for project completion.
- The minimum delivery time is set at 1 day, and the maximum delivery time is set at 7 days, providing flexibility while ensuring timely completion of projects.
Note: Work Else takes security measures seriously to protect both buyers and sellers in the digital goods and courses category. Any suspicious activity will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with our Terms of Service.
9. Digital Goods and Courses Delivery:
- For digital goods, such as online courses or downloadable products, the delivery time is typically instant upon successful payment.
- Upon completing the payment process, users will gain immediate access to the purchased digital goods or course materials.
- In some cases, there might be a brief verification process that could take up to 5 minutes to 1 day. This verification is in place to ensure a secure and reliable transaction and to address any potential issues that may arise.
